Job Description: Senior Manager - Digital Marketing Location: Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies/ initiatives with the goal of improving brand awareness and recall, engagement and revenue. A data-driven marketeer with a strong in delivering business objectives through well thought-out digital campaigns would be fit for this role. Responsibilities: - Development of state-of-the-art digital marketing strategy for demand generation and customer engagement across all digital channels with a focus on conversions, LTV and repeat. - Planning digital marketing budgets on all channels, including interfacing with agencies for optimal outputs. - Thorough knowledge of measurement tools, attribution models, marketing funnel particularly on native apps. - Work closely with product, BD and marketing teams to plan 360-degree campaigns. - Research, assess and implement best and emerging industry practices. - Run experiments with clear success/failure metrics. - Gather market insights and do competitive benchmarking. - New Customer acquisition - Optimizing performance and spends across channels to drive better ROI for all acquisition and engagement initiatives Requirement: - Must have 3-4 years of experience handling digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook and networks at scale. - Strong understand of A/B testing, audience targeting, budding strategies on various platforms. - Ability to understand business objectives and break them down into targets achievable through digital marketing. - Deep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation and attribution models best aligned with the channel strategy. - Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision. - Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
