Manager / Senior Manager - CLM (Customer Lifecycle Manager)
Location : Banagalore
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and own consumer and driver engagement plans & execute the same across all engagement channels (e.g. e-mail, SMS, App Push etc)
- Create frameworks for customer segments based on user behavior
- Work closely with marketing and category teams on strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with Content and Product team to devise A/B experiments to improve performance of engagement and retention marketing
- Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools.
- Report metrics in comparison to goals and provide detailed weekly/monthly reporting of email, SMS KPIs, campaign summaries, and analyses of A/B test cases to drive ongoing enhancements and topline sales
- Stay abreast with and latest implementation of engagement marketing best practices
- Should be well versed with Clevertap or MoEngage or both
- Manage a team of engagement marketers to drive the goals of the business and nurture the growth of the team members within the organization.
Skill Set Required :
- Should have 5-7 years of experience in the relevant area of work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ownership, bias to action, and self-motivated
- Analytical mindset and strong in numbers
