- Ola is seeking a Senior leader to identify and assess Leadership talent a role that will partner with the Ola leadership and the Head of Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on key positions, talent pools and market dynamics. This role will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies, developing pipelines, and hire leadership candidates for key/high impact roles for this fast-growing organization.
- The incumbent shall successfully manage and deliver on all (Director and above) Leadership Hiring needs for Ola. The right candidate should be able to roll up his/her sleeves, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and accomplish the need.
Key Result Areas:
- The incumbent will bring in the knowledge of Executive Search, ability to build relationships with business leaders/Hiring Manager. The incumbent is expected to be exceptional at executive relationship management, research and Leadership Candidate generation.
- Partner with Leadership and Head of Talent Acquisition to build effective sourcing strategies which shall focus on multiple candidate channels and assess candidates for role and culture fit.
- Build and maintain a pipe of potential leadership candidates through proactive market research and strong relationship management.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to Leadership Hiring that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
- Understand the existing processes and fine-tune processes for Leadership Hiring which caters to Ola's need.
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, business-obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders.
- Drive the best possible high touch candidate experience and develop a leadership pipeline for the business.
Basic Qualifications :
- Graduate / PG from recognized universities.
- Experience of atleast 6+ years in Leadership Hiring with the ability to engage and develop the relationship at CXO level, internal stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Should have worked in progressive search firms or should have corporate exposure in leadership hiring.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and stakeholder management.
- Strong stakeholder focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the internal stakeholders at Ola.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
