OlaCabs - Regional Business Head - B2B Segment - Ola Corporate (10-15 yrs)
About the Role:
As Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for building Ola's B2B business in your region (North / South/ West). You will lead a customer-first team that is obsessed with solving customer problems, and set sales targets, conduct regular reviews, manage client relations and ensure the smooth functioning of the corporate sales function in your region.
You will also have to work with cross-functional teams to develop products for enterprise customers.

Enterprise Business is a key element of Ola's growth ambitions. Ola Corporate builds products to solve the mobility needs of Corporates. Ola Corporate is already India's largest Corporate Mobility business.
- Grow revenue and bottom line in region
- Drive new customer acquisition
- Increase penetration and share of wallet of Ola Corporate into existing accounts
- Nurture C - level relationships among large enterprises in region
- Understand corporate travel trends and build revenue growth strategy for region
- Hire, mentor and grow team Experience
- People with 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, IT, e-Commerce, or other sales intensive domains, with proven record of customer success over a sustainable period
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Self-starters with willingness to work in fast-paced environments, hunger to hustle and close large deals
- Professionals with great networks among large enterprise accounts, with active C-level relationships
- Effective team players with good interpersonal skills, recognizing and respecting the value of all members to achieve results
- Good analytical skills to effectively understand the customer's world and target value adding activities to maximum effect
- Learnability as key competence, and consultative approach towards sales
