Key Roles/Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Ownership of the P&L for the individual category or Insurance product

2. Set Revenue & Profitability targets Month on Month and work with various teams - product, operations, customer care and marketing to achieve the same

3. Design & strategize steps for optimizing conversion efficiency as well as revenue growth

4. Pay great attention to customer experience, ensure that we are improving the efficiency of the process without compromising customer experience

5. Work closely with the product, marketing and care teams, understand problems and take ownership of it, conceive a well thought out solution and validate it by testing.

6. Work closely with stakeholders and channel partners to improve day to day working and manage SLAs

7. Share, invite critique and defend your strategies to ensure that targets are met

8. Work with business teams to understand need gaps and define requirements, high level process/system solutions

9. Generate excitement around the initiatives and get buy in from stakeholders

10. Define a pilot and develop a detailed step-by-step plan with well-defined tasks and timeline, tracking progress.

11. Work closely with internal teams like marketing, category, finance, legal, customer service

12. Manage and report relevant metrics to tracks progress of execution - Share key learnings and develop rigorous templates around execution of each initiative

Experience & Skills Required :

1. Ability to Solve complex problems

2. Ability to strategize and develop the strategy & operational processes for Digital businesses

3. People management skills- Has experience of handling large sales teams

4. Ability to work with steep targets

5. Efficiency in managing internal / external stakeholders

6. Proficiency in maintaining relevant KPIs and dashboards

7. Experience in managing cost for operations

8. In depth understanding of analytics to improve efficiency of processes

11. Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

12. Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential including cross functional interactions. Knowledge and experience in driving large scale projects with multiple dependencies as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills


13. Ability to practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality

14. Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, designing process, as well as analysing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization

Qualification : MBA with 4+ years of experience
