- Formulate, Organize and Monitor inter-connected projects across all Tracks
- Resolve projects bottlenecks and challenges and ensure completion within stipulated timelines
- Work closely with senior stakeholders for project review, status and course corrections or improvements if any.
- Should have a firm knowledge of project and control on all deliverables
- Work closely with cross functional teams such as Product, Business Finance, operations, etc. to drive the project to conclusion
- Should be able to influence the outcomes for better organizational growth and improved productivity
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives & Coordinate cross-project activities
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors and own KPIs
