OFS takes care of customer payment experience for Ola. We are next generation fin-tech team working on some of the complex problems to make digital payment experience more seamless and faster. We are currently on the verge of opening new lending alternatives to ola customers that are both conventional as well as new age digital products. What you will do : - Ensure that new data partners who decision sciences team is working with are able to execute POC with Ola on a fast and comprehensive basis. - Liaison with product and tech for championing the specific features and interventions that are being requested by DS team. - Design &amp; strategize pilots to be run for decision science team in underwriting, line management and collections. Conceive a well thought out solution and validate it by testing. - Strong in running simple and insightful analysis on own with minimal help from analytics team and build RCA for issues. - Work closely with other members of decision science team to build business hypothesis based on first principle thinking improve day to day targets of DS. - Share, invite critique and defend your strategies to ensure that targets are met. What we look for : - Problem Solving skills. - First principle thinking for getting to the root of the problem and building hypothesis. - Strategize and develop the strategy &amp; operational processes for Digital payment businesses. - Managing internal / external stakeholders. - Maintain relevant KPIs and dashboards. - Understanding of analytics to improve efficiency of processes. Preferred Qualifications : - MBA degree / Engineering degree from Tier 1 college. - Working knowledge in at least one of R or SQL. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Exposure to owning and executing pilots that prove business hypothesis.
