Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage team of Risk Investigators who Investigate high- risk- cases flagged by fraud detection rules and also guide them to find out false positive escalations

- Set the vision, direction and for the Risk Ops team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.

- Responsible for Identification of fraud modus operandi through data, incidents and interaction with City Operation Teams.

- Pass on Intelligence related to various Frauds to Product Team, and have the knack of getting things done with multiple stakeholders.

- Data obsessed and take decisions related to Approvals and Penalization based on data.

- Street smart to find out Anomalies, Patterns and Types and come up with possible solutions or product fixes through high Attention to detail and in depth analytical bent of mind.

- Understand various stake holders involved in Fraud like Customer, Driver & Internal entities and come up with real time fixes and solutions.

- Process Adherence and stream lining daily tasks of Risk Operations Management.

- Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with functional teams (Operations, Growth team, Ola care and Product team), Analytics team, other associates and vendors.

- Owning tactical (Offline as well as system configurations changes) interventions of fraud management

- Cross-Functional association with Process Excellence, City Operations, Legal, Analytics, Product, Finance etc. to reduce fraud Impact on business.

Experience & - Engineering degree from premier engineering college will be preferred-

Skills:

- 5-7 years of Operations Management or Risk Management related experience.

- Candidates with exposure into online industry with prior experience in top Retail, FMCG or Consulting industry background will be preferred-

- Strong People Management, Stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.

- Very strong on business operations fundamentals, conceptual thought process.

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment- where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities

- Excellent business and communication skills and be able to work with respective business heads to develop and define solutions.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects; very strong in influencing & driving change behaviors-

- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, ability to take decisions based on Numbers.

- Good organizational and project management skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and executive presentation skills are essential.

- Passion to architect and experiment with new ideas; ability to think through these pilots/initiatives and deliver clear outcomes-

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and drive them to completion-

- Minimum 5-7 yrs experience-
