Qualification 

- Min 6-8 years of experience in inbound or outbound sales, min 2-3 yrs of experience managing sales team of 50+ directly/indirectly and engaging with cross-functional teams

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Min 3 years experience in Insurance Industry telesales and field sales

- Hands on experience in CRM working and implementation

- Have deep understanding of dialer and its network integration

- MBA preferred but not mandatory

- Have managed big teams and handled customer complaints

- Will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly targets

- Designing and implementing sales strategies

- Design & build process for Ola financial process, execute the process with team, Define SLA & KPI for the same

- Build a team to run the day to day operation ; Manage and review the performance of team & process in timely manner

- Continuously strive for process improvement I.e cost effectiveness, increase in output nos, productivity and quality

- Follow result oriented approach and iterate the process/execution for improving process

- Should be responsible for planning, assigning and directing work to TL,QA, Trainer and should review periodically progress on the same proactively

- Take active part in conducting pilots and build sustainable process around learning of pilot

- Plan and execute project for cost reduction in current process , disruption initiatives

- Should be able to build a team from scratch including hiring and training, drive performance by leading a team AM, QA, TL, Trainer and be able to supervise monitor and groom support staff for leadership roles, keep a track of team performance

- Drive team performance as per business objective & strive for higher targets on time to time basis

- Actively involve in sales process improvement and product pilots; Suggest changes required in product to improve process performance i.e AHT reduction, % sales conversion, Reduction in acquisition cost, % conversion

- Work on multiple process at same time and guide your team members to excel in all process

Experience & Skills Required

- Excellent communication, presentation, data analysis & people management, feedback mechanism skills required

- Current or prior experience in handling day to day operations for an Outbound Telesales and backend process.

- Ability to deliver performance, manage deadlines and effectively prioritize work

- Ability to handle metrics like - Attrition, Shrinkage, Absenteeism, Conversion etc.

- Proficient in excel, word and powerpoint and adaptable to changing demands and conditions

- Candidate must have detailed & goal oriented approach, ability to execute faster & better is must

- Taking complete accountability and responsibility and ability to handle situations under pressure

- Basic computer skills Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Jira, SQL
