Business Development Manager- Ola Financial Services&nbsp; Who We Are : - Ola Financial Services takes care of customer payment experience for Ola. We are next generation fin-tech team working on some of the complex problems to make digital payment experience more seamless and faster. We are currently on the verge of opening new lending alternatives to ola customers that are both conventional as well as new age digital products. What you will be doing Understanding and defining priority of merchants and verticals for: - Ola Money Postpaid acceptance and growth. Identifying the right stakeholders with which this discussion needs to be driven at key merchants and build stronger relationship with key merchant/partners. Understanding key challenges faced by the merchant/partner and accordingly delivering a pitch which is data driven and hard to refuse.&nbsp; - Planning a strategy to be one of the top (if not the best) payment instruments at the merchant and negotiate good visibility at merchant checkout. Closing deals at a premium rate and driving growth/spends with merchants. Core sales person who should be able to drive business targets on assigned verticals and merchants. Work closely with internal cross functional teams and leadership across organization. What we are looking for: - 3-6 years of BD or partner management experience (MBA in Marketing related field is preferred). - Proven experience and track record in payment industry. Account strategist who could work on closely on merchant planning, BD pitch, tech integration &amp; growth- marketing areas. - A proven track record of creating and executing successful BD plans that drive business. - Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs. - Relationship building skills, individual who is comfortable working on sales targets and growth plans. - Open to learn and ability to operate in ambiguity independently (be an effective problem-solver).
