Ola integrates city transportation for customers and driver partners onto a mobile technology platform ensuring convenient, transparent and quick service fulfillment. Ola is committed to its mission of building mobility for a billion people. Using the Ola mobile app, users across 110 cities can book from over 6,00,000 vehicles across cabs, auto-rickshaws and taxis. Ola has also introduced a range of shared mobility services on its platform like Ola Shuttle and Ola Share for commute and ride-sharing respectively. The app is available on Windows, Android and iOS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

The job requires a gamut of roles and responsibilities -

- Forging and managing alliances with Auto OEMs for getting the best deals for customers interested in aligning with our business.

- Monitoring competitive landscape in terms of market sizing and share of business (SOB) between OEMs and formulating strategies to stay ahead of competition

- Identifying partnering opportunities and holding joint events.

- Monitoring and reducing cost of acquiring leads and conversions and working towards growing the database of prospective customers engaging with dealers and exploring opportunities of holding events at dealer premises and effective sharing of leads from the dealer touchpoint

- Experience of working with leading Banks/ financiers for negotiating best deals for driver customers.

- Working closely with financiers to resolve operational issues and devise strategies for minimizing losses on account of loan non-repayment.

- Leading new initiatives and monetisation program in the allocated geography.

- Experience in managing team of executives and streamlining backend processes.

Experience & Skills - Min. 5 years of experience in Sales (B2B sales preferred) and exposure to Car retail/ financing business

Qualifications - Educational Background: Engineering/ other Graduate with MBA from any premier institute
