About Department -

The revenue team is responsible for channel management, strategic initiatives

About Role:

- Person will be responsible for driving overall revenue & growth across Swiggy/Zomato/Ola channels through one or more business verticals.

- Will work closely with central growth, business & ops teams to formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives

- Driving sales and revenue initiatives across different various demographics

- Program management of key company initiatives

- Launch - Development and execution of the launch campaign working with the creative team to crack localized, relevant creative routes and working with media partners to create the most impactful media mix

- Planning and driving channel-wise growths and Go-To-Market for the categories of given categories or business units

- Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones.

- Responsible for bringing in revenues as determined during periodic cycles.

- Provide product acumen to better build suited offerings to customers

- Effectively using digital and offline channels to drive trials and new user acquisition

 KPI -

- Own the P&L for topline, discounts burn, merchandising/marketing costs, commissions

Experience: No. of years - 6 - 9 years

Experience as a Sr. Data Analyst or revenue manager position in a fast-paced and complex business setting. Exposures in working with large data sets & computational systems (SQL, Tableau, Hadoop) is a plus

Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
