Key Deliverables :

KPIs/Matrices :

- Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets, which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market

- Own storefront availability and Fill rate metrics, Identify and RCA gaps, provide and execute solutions to plus procurement gaps

- Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency

- Coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement

- Develop, implement and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance

- Recorded price histories, vendor relationship issues and purchasing document terms.

- Manage current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency; coordinate regularly with respective departments regarding procurement for their understanding and/or recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed

- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers to solve for better procurement metrics and create a share of mind for OLA Foods

- Report procurement metrics to leadership at a weekly level. Manage procurement keeping in mind Stock holding limitations and wastage.

- Recommended market change solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.

- Well maintained fill rate - 96% over all new raw material & articles aligning for new products development for new/stealth Brand.

- Monitoring RTV & NRTV data on Monthly base.

- Serve as the primary contact for procurement-related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments

- Improved inspection policies to increase quality of raw materials and finished goods.
