OlaCabs - Head - IT Infrastructure & Services - Manufacturing Facility

Responsibilities -

- Responsible for developing and implementing the Application Roadmap for Plant Floor systems; ensuring alignment with long term business requirements and strategy.

- Accountable for the global roll out and maintenance of Plant Floor systems.

- Key Stakeholder in acquisition activities to determine how to integrate acquired manufacturing facilities.

- Responsible for overall Plant / IT relationships.

- Supporting the teams discovery process for new requirements for SH&E, Engineering, and plant floor applications and designing cost-effective solutions.

Key Skills Required -

- Good Knowledge of the Manufacturing IT Ecosystem

- Good understanding of manufacturing process flow- automotive

- Minimum of 10 years experience in business analysis, configuration, implementation or support of plant floor systems and related applications in many of the above areas of responsibility.

- Experience in supporting business systems in a manufacturing environment, or responsible for IT relationships at the Manufacturing facilities.

- Experience managing IT support staff and outsourced third-party vendors and the ability to establish and lead across internal, external and offshore functional teams in a matrix organization structure.

- Excellent communication skills to support collaboration with the business units in delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

- Strong personal commitment to continuous business improvement.

- Ability to embrace changes and to deliver IT solutions in a fast-changing Business/IT environment.

- Experience managing highly complex IT projects.
