OlaCabs - Cluster Head/Senior Manager/Associate Director - Sales - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design long term and short term strategy for the city and set milestones to monitor progress in line with city target based on robust analysis of business and market data to ensure data-based planning and decisions

- Responsible for both topline and bottom-line of the P&L for the city

- Execute local marketing strategies (both ATL & BTL) and user growth campaigns, identify and build strategic alliances with enterprise customers

- Manage deployment and quality of drivers in the city

- Represent Ola at local events and with local PR, manage local regulatory concerns and local politics.

- Help scale the city through developing and sharing best practices

- Continue to grow revenues and customer/driver base in the city

Experience & Skills :

- Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization

- Very strong on business operations fundamentals, conceptual thought process

- Strong analytical skills

- Very strong in influencing and driving change behaviors

- Believes in enterprise success through collaboration and making others succeed.

- Strong on Process centricity and ability question status quo

- Stakeholder obsessive & ability to bring his/her mind share 100% when required.

Qualifications:

- Premier B-school, Focus on Business Management, Operations & Finance in FMCG / Telecom set up and leading a Regional team with a large employee base

- Engineering degree from premier engineering college will be an add on
