Work Location - Kochi/ Coimbatore/ Mangalore

Role Summary : Will be responsible for managing Ola's business in the city and oversee growth in demand and supply in the city

Stakeholders : Legal, Marketing (Central Team), Finance, Operations, HR, Business Head, Territory Managers, Supply Managers, Marketing Coordinator, BD Teams

Responsibilities :

1. Design long term and short term strategy for the city and set milestones to monitor progress in line with city target based on robust analysis of business and Market data to ensure data based planning and decisions

2. Responsible for both top line and bottom-line of the P&L for the city

3. Execute local marketing strategies (both ATL & BTL) and user growth campaigns, identify and build strategic alliances with enterprise customers

4. Manage deployment and quality of drivers in the city

5. Represent Ola at local events and with local PR, manage local regulatory concerns and local politics.

5. Help scale the city through developing and sharing best practices

6. Continue to grow revenues and customer/driver base in the city

Qualifications & Background:

1. Premier B-school (batches 2007-2010 only), Focus on Business Management, Operations & Finance or A graduate with 15 years of sales / operations experience in FMCG / Telecom set up and leading a Regional team with a large employee base

2. Engineering degree from premier engineering college will be an ad on

3. Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization

4. Preferred industries could be Telecom, FMCG in sales operations.
