Founded in Jan 2011 by IIT Bombay alumni Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati, Ola (formerly Olacabs), is India's most popular mobile app for personal transportation. Ola integrates city transportation for customers and driver partners onto a mobile technology platform ensuring convenient, transparent and quick service fulfillment. Ola is committed to its mission of building mobility for a billion people. Using the Ola mobile app, users across 110 cities can book from over 6,00,000 vehicles across cabs, auto-rickshaws and taxis. Ola has also introduced a range of shared mobility services on its platform like Ola Shuttle and Ola Share for commute and ride-sharing respectively. The app is available on Windows, Android and iOS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Do you have a penchant for social media and communication in general- Do you get high on likes, shares and followers- We have just the role for you!

This role owns all of Ola's efforts around employer branding and will also support the HR team with internal communications. The role will:

- Conceptualize Ola's identity as an employer brand and create an employer branding strategy for Ola

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and the HRBP team in creating and maintaining a cohesive identity in the external market for Ola as an employer

- Own all external social media channels for Ola and create a steady pipeline of content for these channels

- Gather insights from external channels and suggest actionables for Ola to improve the employer brand

- Respond to posts and queries on social media regarding Ola as an employer

Experience & Skills :

- 1-2 years- experience in managing social media channels

- A flair for words and an eye for great content

- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve own objectives

- Knowledge of Photoshop will be a plus

Qualifications : Graduate degree; MBA/HR Background will be a plus
