Ola is committed to its mission of building mobility for a billion people. Using the Ola mobile app, users across 110 cities can book over 6,00,000 vehicles across cabs, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Ola has also introduced a range of shared mobility services on its platforms like Ola Shuttle and Ola Share for commute and ride-sharing respectively. The app is available on Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible to manage Revenue Assurance, Payment Assurance & Audits across group entities

- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and eliminate redundancies.

- Identify operational audit issues and make strategic recommendations on internal controls and business processes to the management which will add value to the business.

- Analyze data using appropriate tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies

- Implement Proactive early warning indicators & red flags, patterns/exceptions through Data Analytics using SQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel

- Manage the review of the business risk assessment and control measures to assess the effectiveness of the control mechanisms and protect the group business from any possible losses.

- Responsible for delivering best-in-class Revenue processes and ensuring that there are no revenue leakages.

- Identify the revenue leakage gaps across multiple revenue streams and fix them.

- Analyze, evaluate and propose improvements to the business processes.

- Drive and co-ordinate end-to-end billing process across multiple revenue streams and teams.

- Leverage existing and build new data stores to drive analytics, metrics, and KPIs to measure billing.

- Build reports and communicate effectively.

- Drive projects, product, and feature launches within cross-functional teams.

- Work closely with senior management, engineering management, and engineers to deliver highly-scalable and robust leakage fixing after identification.

- Communicate clearly and effectively, influence internally and externally, across organization boundaries.

Critical Functional Skills (Any Certifications Preferred)

Hard Skills

- Ability to understand business and scope out Assurance Charter

- Ability to independently run Assurance calendar from execution to reporting with minimal or no supervision

- Understanding of (business) risks, risk mitigation and fit-for-purpose controls in operational processes and specific risk areas

- Advance Data Analytics Skillsets

- Ability to deep RCA and

- SQL, Python, R proficiency is desired

- Demonstrate strong problem solving

Experience Required

- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in the Assurance function.

- Strong orientation toward Revenue Assurance, internal control, risk assessment, operational risk & Internal Audit

Minimum Qualifications Required

- Professionally Qualified - CA / CIMA / CIMA or MBA in finance/accounting

- Certification such as CIA, and/or CISA preferred
