OLA - Senior Director - Operations & Customer Experience

Input Metrics/KRAs:

- Manage Pan India operations for the vehicle commerce business of Ola.

- Drive Enhanced Customer Experience and ensure maximisation of CSAT score

- Ensure operational excellence in all customer touchpoints and internal systems

- Manage the entire Sales Process for the business including retail experience center operations

- Create and Manage RTO network operations for all the regions

- Ensure process adherence and excellence at all times
