OLA - Program Manager

- Plan, execute, strategise and Implement plans and projects across vertical

- Resolve projects bottlenecks and challenges and ensure completion within stipulated timelines

- Work closely with stakeholders for project review, status and course corrections or improvements if any.

- Work closely with cross functional teams such as Product, Business Finance, operations, etc. to drive the project to conclusion

- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives & Coordinate cross-project activities

- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
