Pick up of early signal of expected supplier failure due to market intelligence and review of supplier performance. 10. Monitoring of supplier performance communication on defined frequency 11. Implementation of improvement projects with supplier to improve productivity deliverable. 12. Achieve MPCP targets 13. Act as key chain between supplier and our management 14. Review with supplier for strategy planning and resourcing of critical raw materials 15. Pick up early signal from market to avoid any surprises 16. Proactive planning and planning of resource required for planned volumes. 17. Optimization of through with close monitoring &amp; working with inbound logistics team for milkrun route optimization, reusable returnable packaging &amp; go green environment. 18. Implementation of best practices. Key deliverables 1. Achieve MPCP target 2. Line stopper due to bough out parts to be Zero 3. Continual improvement in number of parts within inventory norms 4. Monitor expenses of Opex and Capex within norms 5. Ensure all the 3PL agreements are duly signed and updated to ensure hassle free collection of material from supplier to POC.
