Purpose of Job :

- Custodian of People Data in SuccessFactors at OLA

- Maintain the integrity of Employee Central positions and master data through operational use of SuccessFactors

- Ensure Manager and HR requests to update positions and master data are executed by the team as per SLAs defined

- Support operational HR with complex service requests and provide operational support to test SuccessFactors releases and process improvement implementation.

Context and environment:

Employee Central is the foundation upon which all online HR Services rely. There are regular requirements from HRIS, Data Management, and HR Process Improvement for master data updates, feedback, and testing of Change Requests. There are also multiple daily requests for updates to positions from line managers and HR which require expert validation before they are made active, together with organization structure changes needing mass changes in EC. The expertise to execute these tasks is derived from HR Operations.

Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Main Duties :

- The primary responsibility is to maintain data integrity in Employee Central and provide support to line managers and HR updating organization and position data in accordance with SLAs for SSC service delivery

- Review and Create processes to ensure smooth workflows wrt employee data management in SF

- Design and implement workflows with the help of HR Systems, HRBPs, and IT for all aspects of Employee Life Cycle data

- Ensure strict governance on position management and Organization Management

- Support HRBPs, HR Systems & IT Team implementing structural changes in SuccessFactors

- Support HR Operations team with complex requests related to Employee Central

- Review and test SF releases, CRs, and process changes in SuccessFactors

- Escalate master data and process issues for resolution or action planning with Operations, HR - Systems and IT Lead as appropriate Support process and systems training for new members of the HR teams

- Attend SAP webinars on Employee Central release plans and engage with SAP Success Factors Community

Key relationships: (include internal and external) :

- Daily contact with HRBPs across all business areas of OLA to support position management

- Support and advise the HR Systems Lead; HR Operations and SSC Management on EC master data and process management and improvement

- Support and advise HRBPs globally implementing structural changes in SuccessFactors

- Train and support all members of the HR Community

Skills and Knowledge :

- HR System Data Maintenance: Sound knowledge of managing master data and operational data integrity in SuccessFactors

- Business Awareness: Demonstrates ability to understand business structures and impact of data on operational processes with significant reputational and operational impact

- Service Delivery: Able to understand and prioritize competing demands based on business impact and data integrity requirements. Focused on meeting SLAs and enabling colleagues to meet SLAs

- Analyses data and problems: Able to identify the root cause of issues and consequences of data maintenance actions, escalating resolution correctly

- Communication: Excellent written English, able to write succinctly to monitor and update help text, notifications, and system content

Experience :

- Overall Experience of 7-10 years in HR Ops

- Min 3-4 years of HR Operations experience in SAP HCM or Success Factors (ideally SuccessFactors)

- Knowledge of HR Org Management, - Recruit to Retire- processes

- HR Data Management experience in a global organization environment

- High impact service delivery working with all levels of management and senior HR colleagues

Qualifications :

- Minimum: Graduate/PostGraduate in any discipline

- Preferred: Certifications in SuccessFactors
