Position Overview and Responsibilities:

Head of Campus Recruiting is responsible for setting the strategy for building a pipeline of future leaders for the organization. This leader will work across businesses to identify entry talent needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to recruit the most diverse talent into campus programs.

Responsibilities:

- As part of the organisation's Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, advocate for campus recruiting strategies and provide input on cross Talent Acquisition matters including people, process and technology


- Provide strong leadership to global organization of ~5 recruiters to effectively deliver campus strategy


- Lead team responsible for undergraduate and graduate degree recruiting to source talent for summer internship, full time and diversity programming in partnership with the D&I recruiting team. Annual hiring volume of +4000 across campus programs globally.


- Set global strategy, proactively manage budget and partner on operational processes with routine focus on compliance and management of risk.


- Determine best processes, programs, and policies to evolve and shape the future direction of campus recruitment efforts


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders and HR partners. Advise on optimal use of early talent pipeline and retention strategies


- Build internal and external partnerships to ensure a diverse source of early talent across university partners and partnership organizations.


- Develop and implement strategies to broaden our diversity pipeline.


- Leverage data and analytics to proactively evaluate effectiveness of sourcing channels


- Stay current with advancements of technology, platforms and vendors supporting the build of early talent pipelines


- Ensure candidates receive a best in class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.

The successful candidate must be a strong, decisive, results-oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of constituents based on trust, teamwork and knowledge. He/She/They must be creative in evolving and broadening existing campus recruiting strategy and sourcing to support entry level hiring across all businesses. Preferred applicants will have experience working in large, global organizations with a sophisticated client base.

Knowledge, Skills and Key Leadership Characteristics:

- Talent experience with and knowledge of campus recruiting practices, processes and technologies


- At least 12 years of managerial experience with demonstrated success in leading teams, talent management and development and coaching


Strong consulting and project management skills with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps, clearly articulate what needs to be done, and mobilize others in the right direction


- Excellent analytical and data analysis skills with the ability to think through problems and recommend solutions while understanding downstream impacts


- The ability to build strong and influential relationships across all levels of an organization with a results-driven approach


- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills


- A continuous learner with demonstrated successes in staying agile and comfortable navigating through complexity


- Ability to travel as needed
