Job Description : This position will be responsible for managing &amp; handling operational issues / Change requests in Oracle Fusion ERP and SAP Financials ERP. RESPONSIBILITIES - Full Cycle Implementation and Support of Oracle Fusion &amp; SAP S/4 HANA SCM modules - Procure to Pay Module, Order to Cash, Fixed Asset, Cash Management, Employee Expense Claims &amp; Shared HR Module - Data Migration of legacy system to Oracle fusion/SAP S4/HANA in case of new legal entity creation/merged to Ola - Approval Matrix Configuration &amp; Change Management of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders &amp; AP Invoices Good Techno-Functional knowledge on Oracle Fusion/SAP S4 HANA Financial modules like AP, GL, FA, AR, iExpense, Cash management etc. - Good Techno-Functional knowledge on Oracle Fusion/S4/HANA Procurement modules like Purchasing, Self service Procurement, inventory etc. - Interact with the users to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle Finance Products. - Good knowledge on Integration of ERP with other applications like successfactors, Hyperion (FCCS), PLM etc. - Experience in implementing, consulting, enhancing, and supporting Oracle On-Premise, SAP Financials, Oracle cloud Fusion ERP solutions &amp; Hyperion FCCS cloud application. - Configure SuccessFactors modules &amp; generate reports as per business needs. - Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post- implementation support of ERP applications - Oracle Fusion/SAP HANA. - Managing ERP Support team &amp; Services which involve Status Reporting, Governance, SLA Management, Operations &amp; Quality Management. - Managing Support services which involve Preventive Maintenance, Incident Resolution, Service Requests &amp; Enhancements, Development, Assessment for Upgrades, Release management, Product support liaison. OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS: - Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements - Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline - Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships - Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed - Showcase ownership to resolve / coordinate issues within SLA - Excellent Oral and written communication skills - CAN DO attitude - Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers - Self-driven, motivated and results orientated - Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling
