We have a portfolio of brands across Khichdi, Biryani and Rice Bowls across 6 cities with manymore exciting food brands in the pipeline.

1. Prepare tender event schedule in coordination with project planner. Track progress to meet deadlines.

2. Conduct contractors- prequalification evaluation

3. Prepare tender packages as per Company standards and FSSAI standards. Coordinate with QA team and R&D team design team for technical documentation.

4. Issue tenders and lead the entire tendering process in accordance with Company procedures, including evaluation of bids

5. Prepare tender recommendation report and lead tender adjudication meeting, prepare contract documentation.

6. Understanding of the procurement process, ability to forecast procurement, negotiation ability, hedging, understanding seasonality of ingredients etc.

7. Develops, review, negotiate and executes complex business agreements and contracts as needed; Authoritatively apply appropriate procurement approach in negotiations, independently prepare and lead negotiations to a conclusion.

8. Supplier evaluation, selection and set-up of ongoing performance management; Rate and handle the performance of suppliers, ensure supplier performance of all contracts.

9. Perform spend & market analysis in order to identify the best available market price for the ongoing project/service for the food manufacturing segment.
