Execution Areas:

1. Managing in-bound and outbound supply chain for the food division

2. Managing outward logistics & inventory flow from the central warehouse to all Delivery kitchens as a part of store fulfillment.

Scope:

1. Create a robust supply chain operation which includes cold warehousing and logistics on Pan India level

2. Plan and handle the supply chain as per the production volumes and for variety of SKU's

3. Plan the demand and plan for/ adjust the backend supply chain for smooth operations

4. Prepare SOP's for all supply chain functions

5. Be prepared to work out solutions for on-demand/non-continuous supply chain

6. Responsible for timely end to end supply chain from production facilities to warehouses and from the warehouse to local delivery centers

7. Remain on top of things to avoid logistical delays and ensure planned supplies reaching the delivery outlets.

8. Take escalations from other departments for supply chain issues on a day to day basis

9. Plan and execute stock audits by way of physical verifications

10. Be prepared for local contingencies to avoid any sales loss due to transportation services not available

11. Identify vendors to assist and supply backend support to production and operations

12. Prepare budgets for warehousing and logistics and ensure adherence to budgets 13. Inter- department coordination for vendor identification, vendor finalization, procurement, billing and payments

14. Manage the dedicated fleet of vehicles for daily supply chain

15. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to reduce costs and execute them

16. Vendor Management for supply chain operations

17. Pre-plan logistics to account for holidays and festivals

18. Be willing to travel Pan India

Skills required:

1. Excellent Communication Skills

2. Graduate/ PG MBA (Preferably in Supply Chain) with 8+ Years of experience

3. Have worked at Pan India level

4. Have worked with multiple vendors in Procurement, Warehousing, logistics and contract manufacturing

5. Resourceful and can lead a team remotely

Good to have :

- Can speak multiple languages

- Have worked with food production contractors

- Understands food safety standards- FSSAI, HACCP

- Have handled supply chain operations for more than 50 tons of production on a daily basis
