- Design and execute the acquisition strategy for the food category on the OLA app using the in-app properties, merchandising, and customer engagement channels like push notifications, emails, and sms
- Deep digital marketing and CRM expertise
- Define the relevant proposition and constructs for the OLA customers to initiate trials for the food category
- Demonstrated success in user growth for new products
- Own the all the customer channels in-app and outside-app and engage with the customer across the journey to increase retention for the food categoryExperience with cross-selling new categories to a large consumer base a plus
- Own the integration, launch, and relationship with third party channels to drive traffic and transactions
- Consumer first and growth mindset
- Build the right growth loops in collaboration with the product, tech, and marketing team.
