- Work with a team of social media managers & content managers to create a content strategy for all our brands aligned to our business objectives
- 5-10 years of experience in handling social media mandates for leading brands
- Plan and lead the creation and execution of content calendars cross brands
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
- Oversee the social presence of brands across channels such as Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Quora
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas, trends & concepts
- Partner and collaborate with third-party content creators for clutter breaking communication
- Hands-on experience in planning & supervising video production for brands is a must
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers for our brands
- Ability to create engaged communities across social platforms
- Run social media campaigns to keep engagement high and increase brand love
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Create reports and analyze effectiveness of campaigns and content using platform based insights
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management
