OLA - Executive - Human Resource - Helpdesk (0-5 yrs)
Individual responsible for managing all aspects of human resource help desk service requests. In addition, will be accountable to ensure employee delight and experience. Should have sound knowledge of HR Helpdesk queries & payroll related as well.
Payroll Job Duties:
- Resolve Employee issues raised on Helpdesk
- Should have worked on Service now
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Honors confidentiality of employees pay records
- Should have knowledge on Basic HR related issues
- Should be able to Resolve issue in a timely manner .
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures
