Designation: Manager Services
- Design and execute after-sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and minimise customer complaints
- Execute & manage the entire after sales service of the company keeping digital first & consumer first philosophy at the core
- Coordinate with R&D and Production Teams to resolve product issues and ensure local norms compliance
- Lead a team of After Sales Executives to meet the relevant targets
- Design and develop spare parts catalogues for our products, manuals & all relevant literature.
- Collect, analyse and prepare data for daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
- Stay informed about competitors and trends to identify product/process improvement requirements
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Manage relationships with key vendors
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
