Job Summary: Responsible for country level service organization performance
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Execute & manage the entire after sales service and spares operations of the company keeping digital first & consumer first philosophy at the core
- Implement after-sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize customer complaints
- Manage & monitor service vendor performance
- Manage and optimize 'Cost of Service' at overall level
- Monitor customer’s liking & disliking around value proposition, service offerings and vehicle performance and achieve targeted customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality and Production Teams to resolve product issues and ensure local norms compliance
- Lead a team of After Sales Executives to meet the relevant targets
- Reduce customer escalations on service
- Collect, analyse and prepare data for daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
- Stay informed about competitors and trends to identify product/process improvement requirements
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Requirements-
- 10-13 years of experience in service operations
- Must have worked in the 2W / Auto industry
- EV experience is good to have
- Willing to travel / no location constraints
