- Our goal as Ola Electric, is to enable and maximise the number of electric kms delivered through our ecosystem of products and services. We start with India but our ambitions are global.

- E-Rickshaws provide a unique opportunity to build out our charging infrastructure. E-ricks deliver over 50 million kms of electric mobility in India everyday - no other form factor comes close. As such, our near term goal is to launch a swapping network that serves a disproportionate share of e-rickshaw market (100,000 in 2 years)

- That said, we are building our batteries and charging infrastructure in a way that it can serve all sorts of electric vehicles tomorrow including 2Ws, our own 3W and potentially small 4Ws

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Plant Finance Management- Performing financial analysis of capital projects and preparing capital requests and ROI documentation in accordance with company procedures. Leading monthly sales forecasting efforts for the plant

- Plant/Contract Manufacturing Cost Management- Oversee the Cost Accounting system for the plant (i.e. maintaining standards for all raw materials, components and finished goods and monitoring and researching variances as needed) and analyze and report variances. Track and report VA-VE initiative and drive cost efficiencies

- Plant/Contract Manufacturing Rejects and wastage- Oversee the production costing system at the plant and monitor and track rejects. Drive cost savings by working with products and engineering to drive down rejections and manufacturing wastage

Experience & Skills :

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Modelling, Pivots, Slicers, Index, Match, Lookups, Macros) and PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP and CRM and BW and BI Systems experience an advantage

- Ability to take a flexible approach to responsibilities during busy periods

- Ability to proactively lead during periods of change.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to engender trust throughout the organisation

- Effective prioritisation and organisation skills.Strong ability to build effective relationships and work cross-functionally

- Proactive approach to problem-solving

- Excellent planning and Project Management Skills

- Ability to critically review and improve business processes

Qualifications :

- MBAs with Finance, CA Preferred

- 8-10 yrs Experience
