- Create Roadmaps

- Prioritization based on impact/ outcome

- Capability models of - Core-, - Effective/ Efficient-, - Advanced

- Implement Product capabilities/ rollout on ground as needed

- Master Data Management

- Transactional Data integrity

- FMEA of Process/ Product overlap

Experience and Skills-

- 6+ years driving Lean / Business Excellence projects in Supply Chain (Automotive Industry Preferred).Experience in Leading digital transformations using IT/ technology.

- Ability to influence internal & external stakeholders.Experience in Program/ project management across multiple stakeholders.

- Drive change management across multiple layers of organization.

- Define strong frameworks for tracking process/ product adoption & act as a coach for continuous improvement & adoption.

- Drive Skills & Continuous Training.Proven experience and knowledge of process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.

- Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives including lean, six sigma, problem solving methodology.

- Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets.

Qualification-

- Bachelors of engineering (MBA preferred, not mandatory). Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt from a reputed institute or organization.
