About Us:


- Our goal as Ola Electric, is to enable and maximise the number of electric kms delivered through our ecosystem of products and services. We start with India but our ambitions are global.


- E-Rickshaws provide a unique opportunity to build out our charging infrastructure. E-ricks deliver over 50 million kms of electric mobility in India everyday - no other form factor comes close. As such, our near term goal is to launch a swapping network that serves a disproportionate share of e-rickshaw market (100,000 in 2 years)


- That said, we are building our batteries and charging infrastructure in a way that it can serve all sorts of electric vehicles tomorrow including 2Ws, our own 3W and potentially small 4Ws


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Define, launch, and drive strategic projects to develop/improve internal and external facing processes and operations, working closely with cross functional teams and leadership


- Understand business goals and user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact


- Lead cross-functional projects and teams by working with senior stakeholders across the organization to develop and manage project timelines, project communication to stakeholders, and lead cross-functional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver projects on time, on plan.


- Build and effectively communicate detailed program plans for system deployments


- Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope


- Implement best practices across processes for sustainable and scalable operations


- Builds framework for governance of the implemented systems and processes, collaborating with different functional groups


- Ensure smooth transition by enabling functional teams with required training, User manuals and support


Experience & Skills:


- Experience in Leading digital transformations using IT/ technology


- 7+ years driving Lean / Business Excellence/IT projects in Supply Chain (Automotive Industry Preferred)


- Ability to influence internal & external stakeholders


- Experience in Program/ project management across multiple stakeholders


- Drive change management across multiple layers of organization


- Define strong frameworks for tracking process/ product adoption & act as a coach for continuous improvement & adoption


- Drive Skills & Continuous Training


- Proven experience and knowledge of various IT systems used across functional areas


- Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives including lean, six sigma, problem solving methodology


- Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets


Qualifications:


- 5 years of IT program Management or business process engineering


- End to End implementation experience of ERP/PLM/MES systems for a greenfield project preferred


- Bachelor of engineering (MBA preferred, not mandatory)


- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt from a reputed institute or organization preferred
