Ola Electric Mobility - Plant Training Functional Head - Technical

- Should have core manufacturing technical training experience

- Technical & Coordination responsibilities of end-to-end Training administration at OLA

- Recent industrial automation experience in leading Auto manufacturing organizations will be a big plus.

- Continually research methods and techniques in training and remain up to date on developments within the industries that we support in training.

- Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training.

- Conduct regular meetings with senior management to identify new programmes and share new industry technology.

- Should have expertise in setting up an in-house technical training center.
