Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Lead Interaction Designer you will be responsible for the following :

- Get insights from customers that can translate to a value proposition.

- Lead projects from start to finish and manage issues that impact design.

- Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout product development and implementation process.

- Define design direction in close collaboration with Designers, Researchers and Writers to define approach, tone, personality, ease of use, end-to-end flows.

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs, opportunities and product requirements.

- Provides hands-on mentoring and leadership to Interaction Designers, Visual Designers and User

- Researchers about the design process, methods, and tools that are best suited for that project and client/stakeholder.

- Ensures design team is delivering world-class deliverables and outcomes to the internal and external stakeholders.

Experience & Skills :

- Around 6 - 8 years of work experience designing digital solutions in the field of Consumer Electronics or Industrial Sectors (B2B)

- Must have a strong background in Interaction / User Experience Design or any other professional design background. Should continue to be hands-on as an Interaction Designer.

- Has a demonstrable portfolio of work that reflects the breadth & depth of skills as an Interaction Designer and Design Lead.

- Experience working with Tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision. Adobe Suite etc

- Good communication and Presentation skills

- Excellent collaboration skills

- Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Qualifications : Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Interaction Design or an equivalent design field.
