Ola Electric - Lead - Campus Relations

Roles and responsibilities :

1) Will be heading the campus relations team for the group

2) Partner with the function heads in finalizing their campus requirements and strategizing the capability building of fresh recruits

3) Create brand visibility across various campuses and establish OLA as a trusted partner

4) Streamline the campus recruitment practice for OLA

5) Have an overview of the overall campus calendar across India and maintain real time data of hiring numbers vis-a-vis the assigned target

6) Promote the campus connect program for the selected candidates for enhanced performance post joining

7) Plan & strategize on the coverage of top engineering / graduate institutes basis the hiring numbers

Experience and skill-sets required :

1) Should have exposure of 7 - 15 years of heading the campus hiring with key focus on Recruiting, Candidate Engagement and Brand building

2) Should have experience of handling 3 areas:

- Premium campus

- Off campus

- Plant & Diversity hiring (Diploma colleges)

3) Well-versed with market research and analytics - primary and secondary research, competitor study and analysis on recruitment and engagement

4) Managed partnerships with vendors for online assessments across Business schools and Engineering schools

5) Designed and maintained dashboards to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and engagement initiative

6) Led employer branding initiatives through a well-rounded 360-degree approach- capitalising both on-ground and off-ground initiatives including content ideation for company social media handles

7) Significant expertise in stakeholder management, including liaising with placement heads, multi-cultural professionals and leadership to build an understanding of their needs and develop long term relationships

8) Extensive experience in project management including staffing, work planning, coordinating, and managing team towards the successful completion of work and projects

9) Proficient working in fast-paced environments, requiring skills in understanding needs of business and alignment of talent strategy
