Ola Electric - HR Business Partner - Sourcing/Quality/Manufacturing Function (12-18 yrs)

To accelerate this, we're investing nearly Rs 2,400 crores to build the world's largest two wheeler factory, which will have the capacity to manufacture over 10 M electric two wheeler a year and will create over 10,000 jobs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Role will business partner the Sourcing, QA and Construction function for OLA Electric

2. Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR

3. Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment. Create a robust employee network

4. Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering

5. Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes

6. Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people's challenges and foster a positive work environment

7. Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion

8. Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership

9. Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement

10. Take complete ownership to create a proactive hiring strategy / model

Qualification : MSW / Post-Graduation in HR (preferably from Tier 1 institutes)

Experience & Skills :

1. 12-18 years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation, employee relations, training and development and talent acquisition

2. Strong experience in leading HR for the manufacturing function

3. Automotive sector experience

4. Has handled bulk hiring at the operative level (associates)

5. Willing to scale up
