Role - Station project manager Designation - Sr. Manager / AD Responsibilities - - Real Estate site identification, negotiation and finalisation - Managing station construction and approvals from different govt. departments - Power procurement from DISCOMs - Adapting standardised station layouts to different land options - Station safety and audit - Commissioning of a new station and handover to ops Expertise - - Understands design deliverables for construction well - Understands construction management very well - Understands construction safety very well - Strong base of project and schedule management - Strong base of cost management - Knowhow on electrical department approvals, building and other approvals and processes - Knowhow on fire safety related approvals and processes KRAs - - Delivery of construction costs targets - Delivery of construction time targets - Delivery of modular / experimental designs to reduce the costs / times - Delivery of safety targets - Overall time to market Skills - - Good interpersonal skills - Great project management skills - Able to estimate the risk and propose mitigations - Able to forecast and mitigate schedule delays - Good reporting skills Qualification/Experience - - 10-12 Years of experience in Operations, site setup - with Commercial/Civil and electrical/Power construction background, And Procurement experience
