Sales Manager - West - OLA Corporate Who We Are : Enterprise Business is a key element of Ola's growth ambitions. Ola Corporate builds products to solve the mobility needs of Corporates. Ola Corporate is already India's largest Corporate Mobility business. What you will be doing : As Hunter, you will be responsible for building Ola's B2B business in your territory. You will be a vital part of a customer-first team that is obsessed with signing large deals, and growing revenue. Responsibilities : - Identify, develop and win new opportunities in the corporate mobility market - Sell and establish credibility at C - levels among prospect companies - Understand corporate travel trends and regulations in conjunction with customer operations, challenges and pain points - Fully understand current service portfolio and effectively use available sales tools and processes to articulate value added propositions - Fully manage specific opportunities through a rigorous and disciplined use of the CRM tool by maintaining customer records and logging opportunities across the sales pipeline What we are looking for : - People with 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, IT, e-Commerce, or other sales intensive domains, with proven record of customer success over a sustainable period - Self-starters with willingness to work in fast-paced environments, hunger to hustle and close large deals - Professionals with great networks among large enterprise accounts, with active C-level relationships - Effective team players with good interpersonal skills, recognizing and respecting the value of all members to achieve results - Good analytical skills to effectively understand the customer's world and target value adding activities to maximum effect - Learnability as key competence, and consultative approach towards sales
