Program Manager - Vehicle Partnerships
Only from 2W and 3W automobile.
Job Summary :
- Responsible for managing partnerships with multiple OEM partners on day to day basis
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Be the key account managers for multiple OEM partners (3-4) and manage relationship on day-to-day basis.
- End to End ownership of the account from first contact to MOU signing to execution
- Program manage the entire vehicle partnership and integration process - working closely across functions (engineering, product development, business) and solving for any roadblocks/ challenges in vehicle partner onboarding
- Understand partner pain points and assist in query resolution
- Negotiate effectively while keeping interest of all parties involved during volume planning etc
- Helping refine the value proposition for different vehicle partners (across 2W, 3W and e-rickshaws)
- Planning and participating in meetings with potential partner OEMs
- Drive all aspects of partner relationship including senior level connect, product offering and solution development
Experience & Skills :
- Previous experience in OEM Product planning, corporate planning, Business planning or Management Consulting
- Strong negotiation and indirect/ cross-functional stakeholder management skills - Good balance of big picture + implementation rigor
- Highly articulate in presenting the thoughts. Prior Experience in interacting with senior leadership
- Knowledge of nitty gritties involved in MOU signing and partnerships
- Key Account Management skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and 1st principle thinking
- Structured problem solving ability
- Experience of working on EV's will be added advantage
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field
- MBA is preferred
- 6+ years of work experience in automotive industry (Preferably 2W and 3W)
