We are looking for a strong leader who can drive Process Establishment, Playbook building &amp; Coaching the line teams on various dimensions which are critical from efficiency &amp; efficacy perspective. Roles &amp; Responsibilities Four key areas that you'll always focus on are the safety, quality, experience, and productivity: - Process Setup &amp; Re-engineering: Lead Process Excellence Programs on designing new processes and reengineer existing ones at city/central level - Setting Metric: Build governance mechanisms to ensure process compliance at city/unit level - Identify leak-points &amp; build systemic solutions: Test &amp; re-test points of failure for scale-up.
