Main Purpose The primary purpose of the role is to lead the compliance monitoring, process design and improvement and reporting requirements for the Procurement Function at OLA Group level. Incumbent will coordinate the management through -&nbsp; - Defining &amp; support Procurement Head in updating the Group Procurement policies - Be an internal control within the Procurement team ensuring regular monitoring of all controls and checks and balances are in place - Conduct surprise internal audits or monitor / cross-check large deals to ensure all processes have been followed - Partner with other stakeholders to define/ update policies and monitor deployment. - Measuring &amp; Improving performance on control levers - Publish regular scorecards on the performance of different categories and procurement operations team - Lead Governance for Ola Group Procurement Team Accountabilities -&nbsp; - Partner with different stakeholders (including Procurement Category Leaders, Operations, Legal, Finance, Controls &amp; IT) to Design &amp; Update Procurement Policies - Ensure implementation of sourcing strategies is in line with Procurement Policies and practices - Monitor Compliances - Own and ensure that all contracts are in full compliance with Procurement policy, conduct regular audits / reviews for the same - Partner with Technology &amp; Applications team to ensure best in class tools are deployed for Procurement Team as per requirement - Lead Governance for OLA Group by ensuring deployment of - BCP (Business Continuity Plans) - SSP (Single Source Plans) - Contracts Management - Track and Report Benefits / Procurement Scorecard Key Skills Required - Degree / Masters in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering &amp; Business, Finance or related fields - Min 5 years experience in Procurement / Operations / Process Management &amp; Controls - Experience / Knowledge on Advanced Sourcing Tools / Methodologies - Exposure to Start-up work culture / Sourcing in FMCG environment would be a bonus - High Integrity and Work Ethic : will not compromise values to get results - Drive for Results: Self Starter; perseverance and resilient in the pursuit of objectives, willing to take on new challenges, works to resolve tough issues - Strong communication: comfortable and effective communicating (verbal and written) with stakeholders internally and externally across all level. - Analytical: ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and find actionable solutions - Highly Collaborative: works well with others, including internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises; enhances Procurement stature while cross-functional functional teams - Inclusive: treats all people with respect and fairness, open to and respectful of others- opinions and points of view - Innovative: takes initiative to find ways to get better results, seeks and takes advantage of ideas, best practices and solutions developed elsewhere Main Interactions within &amp; Outside Organization -&nbsp; - Procurement Category / Operation Leaders - Legal Team - Controls Team - Tech Team - Oracle Team - External Vendors
