What you will be doing

As Head of Channel Partnerships, you will be expected to support Ola Corporate's growth by driving impactful relationships with channel partners. You will be expected to help set the standard for best-in-class partner management and will drive big initiatives, build strong relationships, and drive growth. This role includes the unique opportunity to build a new practice within Ola Corporate and a team over time. An ideal candidate is forward-thinking, strategic, and able to effectively negotiate terms that benefit all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Identify, source, and execute high impact channel engagements with large B2B channel partners that are repeatable and scalable- this includes leveraging relevant data points to make informed decisions and the ability to convince key internal & external stakeholders; from negotiations through execution to ensure successful long term partnerships

- Establish strong relationships with key channel partners, including working backwards from both companies- goals including understanding the business needs, visions, and strategy of our new partners and the business units you will represent

- Define vision & mission for the team inclusive of prioritizing efforts, contributing to strategy, and proactively addressing gaps

- Ability to hire, develop talent, and build a successful team of channel management professionals

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while actively leading external and internal engagement (e.g. financial modeling, legal engagements, co-marketing, and appropriate stakeholder reporting) from inception to go-to-market

- Articulate sophisticated product vision and strategies to both internal and external partners by providing relevant insights to internal teams based on customer feedback and data analysis

What we are looking for

- 10+ years of channel partnership experience in business development and/or corp development experience at a technology company

- Strong understanding of B2B channel ecosystem

- Proven track record in leading transformational and ambitious BD initiatives in a channel partner facing role with a demonstrated ability to maintain strong cross-functional relationships and a customer focus

- Existing professional relationships with Telcos, IT, or media companies

- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
