Ola Cabs - Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)
About Department:
- Its a division under the Lending Department at Ola Financial Services which is being set up to deal with the captive financing of the various Mobility asset products across the Ola group, currently those being:
- Ola Electric Scooters
- Pre-owned cars for Mobility Commerce
- Job Summary:
The business analyst's primary objective is helping collection operations by analyzing the collection strategies in a more cost-effective way by determining propensity to pay of a customer, cadence to send collection communications and optimizing the collection performance reporting automation
About Role:
- Partner with Pre-sales, Collection and Care operations teams, identify and track appropriate collection performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers.
- Work with data-engineering and data science teams on designing, building and deploying data analytics systems for large data sets and extracting meaningful data for ops teams.
- Create algorithms to extract information from large user base to create propensity to pay model
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for propensity to pay model development, validation, implementation and continuous data analysis.
- Develop metrics and action points that can be used to drive ops performance improvement and scalability decisions.
- Drive reporting automation with Product and Tech SPOCs for collection team
- Ability to pitch in at the hour of needs with a data-driven problem solving approach

- CAC
- Collection ROI
- NPS, C-SAT, FRT
- Experience:
- No. of years - Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations with 4+ yrs experience with real data
- Type of experience - Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
Educational Qualifications:
- Must have - Bachelor Degree in Statistics or Engineering in Computer Science / IT,
- Good to have - MBA with Data analytics as a major is preferred
- Innovative and strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers.
