Job Responsibilities : - Responsible for the end to end service &amp; customer experience - Hire to Exit - Efficiently Conduct Induction Programme and Ensure 100% documentation on Employee Personal files - Drive and ensure all the Employee records are updated in the System accurately - Understand the Leave Management system and support Employees - Seamless Exit Process and F&amp;F as per timelines - Partner with Cross functional teams to identify process and/or system enhancements to drive continuous improvement/automation that improves the employee experience - Possess in-depth knowledge of process and procedures required to deliver end to end HR services - Manage vendor relationships - Support other HR projects, as need arises - Ability to work with Business Units, HRBP's and provide on Time support Skills and Experience : - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as business needs change - Must be a result-oriented - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite - Intermediate Excel Knowledge - Power Point - 3 - 5 Years of Experience in HR Shared Services - Graduate /Post Graduate Candidates
