Ola Cabs - Associate Program Manager - Insurance Domain

Job Summary :

- Execute multiple projects parallelly and with strict adherence to project timelines

- Work Closely with Product, Design, tech, Fin and ops team to execute/implement multiple projects

- Work with Insurers, Service providers & Warranty players for existing & new products

- Track and co-own P&L for the product

- Actively participate in ideation,, market research, customer survey

- Work on RCA's and help in debugging product/category issues

- Assist in creating Monthly marketing plan for the assigned product

KPI's :

Experience : 3 + years of experience in the Insurance domain.

Educational Qualifications :

- Min Graduate & MBA preferred from a reputed institute

Key competencies :

- Thorough knowledge of IRDAI and other regulations

- Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making ability

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Effective communicator - Verbally and in Writing
