Location - Gurgaon Organisation - Olacabs Location - Gurgaon Exp - 2-5 Years - Strategise campaigns to engage and win mind-share of Ola's Driver partners as well as Ola's Customers - Develop local marketing programs to solve for challenges specific to the region, Evaluate new channels for communication to effectively and efficiently communicate to the consumer on our offering - High focus on BTL Marketing initiatives and On-Ground activations in tier 2/3 cities - Regular fieldwork with Field Representatives, monitoring marketing plans on a day to day basis, identifying opportunities and gaining market intelligence - Run marketing experiments to understand the levers that we can operate to improve the activation/retention rates - Responsible for key account alliances(acquisition and management) mainly in the hospitality sector (Hotels/Resorts/Travel Operators) - Control and deploy the media budget for brand building activities in the market The candidate must have the following qualifications/skills : - MBA in Marketing from a good institute - Hands on experience 2-4 yrs in designing and executing ATL and BTL marketing campaigns - Hands-on experience is setting up business/marketing alliances - Experience in Media planning/buying &amp; Vendor Management is highly preferred - Experience in Team handling is a plus - Will report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager - Should be open to travel to nearby West UP locations like Agra/Meerut for Marketing activities
