Ola Cabs - Area Sales Manager - Ridlr (0-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Drive Electronic ticketing machine (ETM) sales to private bus operators along with other solutions
- Meet & exceed sales targets
- Mapping all private bus operators in designated territory
- Managing Relationships with private bus operator associations & local transport authorities
- Working with HO In recruiting and training sales executives
- Allocating areas to sales executives
- Market feedback & inputs for devising sales strategies
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Monitoring sales executive's performance and mentoring them to reach targets
- Maintaining daily/weekly Reports
- Ability to work closely with distributors to ensure excellent after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention
- Track collections from operators
Pre requisites :
- Existing relationships with private bus operator associations in the required territory
- Willing to travel for 15 -20 days in a month
- Local language & geography knowledge
- Drive to achieve the objectives
- Young and aggressive.
