About DataPlatform - BI team

DataPlatform BI team at Ola delivers standard dashboards/reports which are consumed by Organization wide stakeholders and stands as a single source of truth. The Team is also responsible for building robust Datamarts which is consumed by Product & Business teams to analyze complex data. The team is coupled with ingestion layer and has a strong foothold over data and analytics

Responsibilities:

- Design and automate complex analytical reports

- Liaison with multiple stakeholders (including Leadership team) for gathering report/dashboard requirements

- Design and develop optimized data models, minimizing infrastructure cost

- Identify pattern in platform queries/analytics and build standard Datamarts to avoid repetitive queries from different teams

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or a Data Scientist

- Must have at least 2 years of experience with SQL and Excel

- Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of Marketplace

- At least 1 year of experience with fundamentals of ETL and data normalization

- Ability to synthesize complex data into reports and insights

- Knowledge of advanced dashboarding tools (Microstrategy/Tableau) and scripting languages (R/Python) will be an advantage
